Terms of Service


1. General Terms

Limo Service San Bernardino (referred to as “The Company”) applies these terms to all customers, affiliates, employees, and representatives.

2. Liability for Lost or Damaged Items

The Company is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in vehicles or offices. Report missing items immediately by calling 1-800-951-3017. Claims made after the date of service will not be honored.

3. Customer Liability for Damages

Customers are responsible for all damages caused by themselves or their guests, including property damage, lost revenue, and injury to staff or chauffeurs. Charges include actual repair costs and lost service fees.

Chargeable Fees for Damages & Cleaning

  • Food Consumption: Not allowed. Fee: $300
  • Bodily Fluids/Vomiting: Fee: $500 cleanup + $250 sanitation per incident
  • Glitter/Confetti/Particles: Fee: $300 cleanup
  • Excessive Dirt/Sand/Mud: Fee: $400 cleanup

4. Prohibited Activities & Consequences

  • Underage Alcohol Consumption/Drug Use: Reservation terminated without refund; law enforcement may be contacted.
  • Smoking/Vaping: Fee: $500 cleanup + $250 sanitation + $500 per burn spot
  • Illegal Drugs/Weapons: Reservation terminated without refund
  • Abuse Toward Guests or Chauffeur: Reservation terminated; law enforcement may be contacted.
  • Passenger Safety: Body parts must remain inside the vehicle. Violation results in reservation termination without refund.

5. Reservation Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate any service at any time for violations of these terms. No refunds will be provided.

Service Policies


6. Reservation & Cancellation

  • Deposits: Non-refundable.
  • Standard Reservations: 1-week cancellation required.
  • Corporate Transfers: 48-hour cancellation required.

7. Payment & Gratuity

  • Pre-Charging: Reservations are charged 24 hours before pickup.
  • Gratuity: 15% minimum (industry standard is 20%). Additional tipping is appreciated.

8. Additional Service Fees

  • After-Hours Service (12 AM – 5 AM): $30 surcharge
  • International Airport Pickup: $50 additional fee
  • Meet & Greet Service: $50 fee
  • Waiting Time at Airport: $1 per minute after 30 minutes (domestic) or 60 minutes (international).

9. Overtime & Extra Stops

  • Grace Period: 10 minutes past the scheduled time.
  • Overtime: Charged in 30-minute increments at the regular hourly rate, including fees & gratuity.
  • Additional Stops (within 5 miles): $50 – $100 per stop

10. Route & Toll Fees

  • Route changes or extra stops: May incur additional charges.
  • Fastrak/Toll Fees: Applied to the final invoice.

11. Service Limitations

  • The Company is not a medical transport provider. Drivers cannot assist with lifting passengers.
  • Wheelchairs are permitted with advance notice and sufficient space.

12. Liability & Delays

The Company is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic, weather, accidents, or road closures.
  • Mechanical issues, unless caused by the Company, in which case reasonable accommodations will be made.

13. Complaints

Complaints must be reported on the day of service by calling 1-800-951-3017. Late complaints will not be honored.
